Mechserve supply and install plate for a large range of applications to a variety of clients, from protective applications through to practical appliances.

Mechserve have stock of both Durbar and Aluminium Plate.

We undertake a wide variety projects and will supply single plate or multi-plate projects according to your needs. We will supply and install new plate and remove existing plate from damaged areas.

Off-Site Plate Preparation

Detailed site surveys are performed as necessary to ensure and minimise site work. From the surveys, cutting lists are prepared for workshop cutting and preparation of the plate.
Mechserve cut, chamfer and drill plates off-site at our workshops prior to installation on-site. We aim to minimise site operations and therefore reduce potential disruption to our client's business.
Our installation teams work on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis, working around the client's operational requirements.


Painting, Coating and Hot Dip Galvanising

Plates may be painted or coated dependant in the client requirements. We will advise the best paint system required for each application although this may not be necessarily dependant on the plate service.

We also provide Hot Dip Galvanised steel plate, specifically for outside and damp or high condensation area use as this produces a tough, durable and permanently bonded coating (ENISO 1461 standard)
