Mechserve undertakes a wide variety of bespoke fabrication and welding work which includes both mild steel and stainless steel.

Mechserve have a fully established workshop, performing all layouts, cutting, preparation, fabrication and welding work. We work with both mild steel and stainless steel fabrications.

Mechserve provides both off-site and on-site Welding and Fabrication services and carry out site installation, repair and all types of rectification work on both a planned and reactive basis.

We undertake detailed site surveys to provide our clients with the most practical solutions to their requirements.

We endeavour to perform as much off-site preparation and set up as possible, thus minimising potential disruption to our clients. This helps to reduce site Hot Work.

All platforms, stairs, ladders and handrails are fabricated in accordance with Factory Stairways, Ladders and Handrails (including Access Platforms and Ramps) Publication No. 105:1994. The Engineering Equipment and Materials Association ISBN 0 85931 041 8 1546 2007 7th Edition, details requirements following relevant Building Regulations, British Standards and Codes of Practice.

All Mechserve installation teams work on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis working around our client's operational requirements.
