Maintenance & Service - Mechserve Ltd

Mechserve currently manage and operate a range of Maintenance and Service Contracts on behalf of our clients:

Mechanical and Electrical Site Services - On-site mechanical and electrical maintenance including monthly maintenance programs, equipment maintenance, site installation and reactive site repair work. We also undertake larger site projects which have included work at manufacturing facilities, airports and railway stations.

Maintenance Service Contracts - we run a variety of Maintenance Service Contracts which include on-site servicing of Transport Trollies and Cages, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of Food Production, Commercial Colouring machines and Coffee Machine Maintenance - in association with a selected service provider.

Maintenance Service Contracts are developed to suit our client's needs and requirements including:

• Planned Maintenance - Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Maintenance Programs dependant on machinery service requirements and regulatory requirements. Providing on-site servicing to each of our clients through agreed programs.
  

• Reactive Maintenance - Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service also covers emergency call outs for which our clients are given dedicated contacts. We provide a full call out service which includes weekends. our aim is to be in site attendance within 6 hours, conduct immediate repairs to ensure safety, security and ogoing production where necessary. We have found that the majority of reactive maintenance has been a 'make safe and secure' call out.
  

• Preventative Maintenance - Working with the client to understand their systems and operations for equipment and taking adequate measures to eliminate potential breakdowns and loss of service. This also includes the rotation of equipment, controlling equipment and machinery service through timely site replacement. We maintain rollinf stock on behalf of our clients.
  

Maintenance Service Contracts are managed by designated Project Managers who have full responsibility for each contract and provide the client with a central point of contract.

We work in partnership to supply fully electrical and instrumentation site support services to compliment and enhance the Maintenance Service Contracts. Both Mechanical and Electrical services may also be supplied individually or as a complete service.
